We are looking for an Interview Preparation Trainer with experience in US IT Recruitment, USA RPO, or US BPO processes to coach and prepare candidates for international job interviews. The trainer will provide structured feedback, and mentor candidates across IT and Non-IT domains, helping them succeed in US corporate hiring processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have worked in US recruitment or BPO environments and are passionate about training, communication, and candidate development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct mock interviews for IT & Non-IT roles based on specific job requirements.

Provide detailed feedback to improve candidate performance and confidence.

Coach on soft skills, communication, and body language.

Share insights on US corporate interview formats and expectations.

Guide candidates with resume presentation and job readiness.





Track training progress and ensure continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.E./B.Tech or any relevant graduate degree.

Experience: 6Months to 3 Years in US IT Recruitment / USA RPO / USA BPO (mandatory).

Strong understanding of US hiring processes, interview formats, and expectations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet.

Strong organization and multitasking skills.

Must have a valuable quality laptop and stable internet (30 Mbps minimum).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
