Tally Accountant / Accounts Executive

We are hiring an experienced Tally Accountant for our wholesale and inventory management business.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Strong command of Tally Prime
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with MoySklad accounting/inventory software preferred
- Good understanding of inventory management and stock handling
- Ability to maintain accurate financial and stock records
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime
- Handle purchase, sales, expense, and payment entries
- Manage inventory and warehouse stock records
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers
- Generate invoices, reports, and account statements
- Reconcile stock and account balances




- Work with Excel sheets for reports and calculations
- Coordinate with management for inventory and financial tracking

Preferred Skills

- Experience in wholesale/import business accounting
- Knowledge of inventory valuation and stock management
- Ability to work independently and manage daily accounts efficiently
