Job Title: MERN Stack Developer (Full Stack Developer)Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled MERN Stack Developer (Full Stack Developer) to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in building modern web applications using the MERN stack. The candidate should be capable of developing responsive frontend applications, building scalable backend APIs, and working with databases. Candidates with React Native experience will be given preference.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
- Build scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, develop, and manage MongoDB databases.
- Develop and consume REST APIs.
- Create reusable and maintainable frontend components.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers to deliver high-quality applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a MERN Stack or Full Stack Developer.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with React.js.
- Good knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.




- Experience working with MongoDB.
- Experience integrating REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with React Native (Well and Good).
- Knowledge of Redux, Context API, or state management libraries.
- Familiarity with JWT Authentication and role-based authentication.
- Experience with deployment on cloud platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, Render, or AWS is a plus.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD and Agile development practices.
