Roles & Responsibilities

- CNC/VMC programming, setup, and tooling knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Turning, Milling,



and Grinding machines
- Ensure smooth machine operations and production flow
- Strong manpower handling, supervision, and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Production Planning & Control (PPC): WIP tracking, raw material and manpower planning
- Prepare and monitor production schedules and resources
- Handle machine breakdowns and maintain maintenance records
- Drive process improvements for productivity and quality
- Monitor production output to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
- Communicate delays and support timely corrective actions
