. Achieving the Region’s revenue as per defined targets.

· Drive the sales targets for the region and look at lead conversion and closure.

· Independently pitch and close technical sales.

· Forecast sales goals, prepare budgets, manage cash flow, and analyze variances to ensure financial objectives are met

· Explore areas and opportunities to increase the sales volume in the region.

· Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base, service existing customer needs, and build strong relationships with key accounts.

· Handle the Marketing activities in the region and be actively engaged with customers

· Analyze data trends, understand market conditions, conduct competitive research, and adjust strategies to stay ahead in the industry.

· Competition analysis with products of competition companies.

· Maintain master funnel report to maintain all operational data related to current customers

· Be actively involved with back-end teams at head office,



and be updated with freight costs, transit timelines, process notifications and product inventory.

Qualifications and Skills

· B.Tech(Mechanical/Electrical) preferable.

· Based in and ready to relocate to Hyderabad.

· Networked with fabricators(glass/aluminium) façade consultants, architects and builders.

· Regions to be covered: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & some parts of East.
