Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement production plans for components.
- Ensure optimal utilization of CNC and VMC machines.
- Monitor daily production targets and resolve bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Oversee setup, programming, and operation of machines.
- Optimize machining parameters (speed, tooling).
- Ensure adherence to drawings and GD&T; standards.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and minimize downtime.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Reduce cycle time and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Analyze root causes of production defects and implement corrective actions.
- Standardize machining processes and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015).
- Coordinate first article inspection (FAI).
- Maintain process documentation and traceability records.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Select appropriate cutting tools & fixtures.
- Coordinate with tooling vendors for improvements.
- Monitor tool life and reduce tool-related costs.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules.
- Implement 5S practices on shop floor.
- Provide Training to Operators.





Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with CNC and VMC machining centers.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T; and aerospace drawings.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, and Solidcam).
- Knowledge of aerospace materials.
- Rotational shift

Required Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools.
- Understanding of machining tolerances.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work in high-precision, regulated environments.
