Duration of the Position

5 years, Appointment will be on a contractual basis for one year, extendable annually based on performance, up to the duration of the project (maximum five years).

Fellowship / Monthly Compensation

25,000 per month (consolidated)

Essential Qualification

1.M.Sc. in: Chemistry / Materials Science or Nanoscience/Nanotechnology with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

OR

2.B.Tech./M.Tech. in: Materials Science / Nanotechnology / Chemical Engineering / Electronics or related discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.





Additional Information

1.The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

2.The selected candidate will be required to register for a PhD program at Amity University as per university rules

Desirable Qualifications

Experience in any of the following:

1.Thin-film deposition (spin coating, evaporation, etc.)

2.Materials synthesis

3.Semiconductor or optoelectronic materials

4.Characterization techniques (XRD, UV-Vis, SEM, electrical measurements)
