We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Tally software and have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. The Junior Accountant will assist in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements and reports, maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Inputting daily transactions into Tally software accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Reconciling bank statements and verifying balances.
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Conducting regular ledger maintenance and updates.
- Assisting with payroll processing.
- Ensuring financial data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assisting with audits, including providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Contributing to month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Supporting senior accountants and management as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,



or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP software and other accounting software systems.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience or internship in accounting or finance roles.
- Certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) or working towards certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and other financial software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
