Blanket Hotel & Spa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate (GSA) – Housekeeping to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas while ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas as per hotel standards.
- Make beds, change linens, replenish guest supplies, and ensure rooms are well-presented.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost & found articles to the supervisor.
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned and ready within the required turnaround time.
- Follow housekeeping cleaning procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, pantries, and storage areas.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and housekeeping service calls.
- Adhere to hotel grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely according to company procedures.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth room operations.




- Assist with deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or equivalent.
- 0–2 years of experience in housekeeping (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning methods.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, honesty, and attention to detail.
