We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Site Engineer/Diploma Engineer to manage the execution and billing activities of rooftop solar power projects at our Jamnagar site. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, progress monitoring, measurement recording, preparation of Joint Measurement Reports (JMR), coordination with clients for inspections, and complete billing documentation to ensure timely certification and payment realization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management

- Supervise day-to-day rooftop solar project installation activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and material utilization.
- Coordinate with client representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues in coordination with project management.

Measurement & Documentation

- Conduct site measurements and maintain accurate work records.




- Prepare Monthly Joint Measurement Reports (JMR) with client representatives.
- Verify executed quantities against approved BOQ and drawings.
- Maintain measurement sheets, installation records, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare progress reports and work completion records.

Billing & Certification

- Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills based on approved measurements.
- Submit Request for Inspection (RFI/RFA) for completed work packages.
- Coordinate with client inspection teams and obtain approvals.
- Ensure timely certification of executed work.
- Prepare and submit all billing-related documents, including:
- JMRs
- Measurement Sheets
- RA Bills
- Work Completion Reports
- Supporting Inspection Documents
- Track bill status and coordinate for payment follow-up.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
