JOB OVERVIEW

Base Electronics & Systems is looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, commissioning, servicing, calibration, and maintenance of industrial process instrumentation at customer sites across India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Install, commission, and service process instruments including Flow, Level, Pressure, and Temperature instruments
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of flow, level, and pressure instruments
- Handle valve servicing, pipeline erection, field instrument hook-up, and PLC automation support
- Execute water distribution and industrial instrumentation projects
- Provide technical support, prepare service reports, and coordinate with customers




- Ensure timely completion of site activities while maintaining safety standards

REQUIREMENTS

- Good knowledge of servicing process instruments (Flow, Level, Pressure, etc.)
- Experience in servicing & maintenance of valves, flow meters, pressure, and level instruments
- Experience in water distribution projects, pipeline erection, field instrument hook-up & PLC automation
- Good communication skills
- Candidates from outside Chennai preferred (South India & North India also preferred)

QUALIFICATION

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Telecommunication
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, or Telecommunication

EXPERIENCE

- 2–3 Years Experience

SALARY

- ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month (Based on Experience)

LOCATION PREFERENCE

- Candidates from outside Chennai preferred
- Candidates from South India & North India preferred
