Key Responsibilities

- Pass accounting entries for company's sales and fund receipts in accounting software such as Odoo and Tally or similar ERP systems
- Maintain proper classification of transactions as per accounting heads
- Assist in preparation of journal entries and basic adjustments
- Generate customer invoices and record receipts
- Assist in tracking receivables thoroughly
- Perform bank reconciliations on a periodic basis
- Assist in reconciliation of customer accounts
- Identify and report discrepancies for resolution
- Maintain organized records of invoices and supporting documents
- Ensure proper filing and saving (physical and digital) for audit and compliance purposes
- Assist in preparation of data as per Indian taxation and other statutory requirements
- Ensure transactions comply with applicable accounting standards and internal policies




- Provide required documents and data during internal and external audits
- Assist in responding to basic audit queries

Required Skill

- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Valuable understanding of GST and Indian taxation processes.
- Knowledge of Tally software and Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage records and documentation efficiently.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

Reporting To

- Accounts Manager

Scope Clarification

- The role is operational and support-oriented
- Does not include finalization of accounts or independent handling of statutory filings
- Works under supervision for compliance-related activities
