The Global Partner Management and Integration Platforms provides customer solutions and standards to enable customer success. For our team Integration Operation we search for a technical consultant for our API / EDI platforms.

Key Outcomes:

- Application management for our Integration platforms (Axway – B2Bi).
- Support of the API / EDI team in customer connection projects

Tasks:

- Technical application monitoring, system analysis and continuous technical optimization of our global API and B2Bi platforms.
- Secure daily operation of the platforms.
- Communication and provider management of our infrastructure- and hosting partner (e. g. Firewall settings, system environment changes).
- Implementation of the technical communication layer .
- Communication with internal and external customers and other parties involved.
- Creation and implementation of concepts in regard to business continuity

Requirements

- Detailed, practical API / EDI knowledge, especially in the field of technical communication protocols (AS2, (s)FTP(s), http(s) , MQ, JMS, etc.), handling of certificates and data interchange formats.
- Experiences with standard API / EDI integration platform solutions.
- Deep technical understanding, LINUX operating system knowledge and a programming language.
- Understanding and experience of cloud technologies.




- Knowledge of cloud native technologies such as Kubernetes beneficial.
- Competence in both analytical / conceptual and hands-on practice.
- Ability to work independently and thoroughly.
- Must have positive communication skills.
- Customer and service orientation.
- Graduate degree in Computer Science or relevant apprenticeship.
- 4 – 6 years working experiences

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience with Axway B2Bi Mapper Studio for designing and troubleshooting mappings.
- Strong knowledge of logistics domain concepts including supply chain, warehouse management, shipment tracking, and transportation processes.
- Experience working with logistics EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
- Familiarity with communication protocols like AS2, SFTP, FTP.
- Ability to analyze requirements, develop mapping solutions, and troubleshoot data integration issues.
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL for data validation purposes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Axway B2Bi mapping with logistics domain exposure.
- Relevant certifications or training in Axway B2Bi is an advantage.
- Strong documentation and communication skills
