Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation and migration projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Oracle Fusion Finance, SCM, or HCM implementations, driving project planning, delivery, stakeholder management, and governance. This role requires a strong blend of project management, functional understanding, and technical knowledge to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should:

- 12+ years of Oracle ERP experience consisting of at least 5+ years of Project Management experience in managing Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
- Must have solid experience in Fusion Finance or SCM or HCM
- Module Expertise: Support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials or SCM or HCM
- Must have successfully managed implementation of 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Migration projects.
- Overall strong Project Management capabilities and proven experience in delivering complex Oracle Applications projects using Oracle methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of implementing Oracle Fusion projects end to end.
- Solid experience in delivery and implementation working for a consultancy/systems Integrator.
- Experience to work with a diversified team to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.
- Manage project planning, effort estimation, budgeting, resource planning and execution.
- Define and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, and engagement profitability.
- PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2 Certified
- Partner with Finance,



Engineering and ERP IT teams to support both ongoing operations and projects in a timely, effective and clear way·
- Drive operational excellence into process and procedures, with a focus on documentation

Note:

- Candidate Should have experience Fusion
- Must have successfully managed implementation of 2-3 end-to-end Fusion Migration projects.
- Candidate must have onsite client handling experience.
- Candidate should have experience in Functional as well as Technical side.
