We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and connect with prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Managing Partner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and explain MPFASL's service offerings.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain an accurate client database and follow-up MIS.
- Record and monitor call activities and success rates.
- Send company profiles, presentations, and marketing material via email.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to generate business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Comfortable interacting with senior management (CFOs, CEOs, MDs, CMDs).
- Robust interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good time management and ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Sales.
- Sales or Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
