About the role

We are a quick-growing Ed-tech company helping students and working professionals upskill through online courses. We're building our admissions sales team in Kozhikode and looking for driven, people-first counsellors who can guide prospective learners toward the right program — and close enrollments confidently.

What you'll do

Call and counsel incoming leads — understand their goals and recommend the right course. Follow up with prospects via WhatsApp, email, and phone to drive enrollment. Meet weekly and monthly admission targets consistently. Maintain CRM records and update lead status accurately.
