Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Verify measurements and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Check material quality and monitor material usage at the site.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material availability.
- Maintain site documentation, work records, and project reports.
- Assist in quantity estimation, billing,



and BOQ verification.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, structural works, and quality standards.
- Valuable understanding of safety practices on construction sites.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
