Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our healthcare team in Kota, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, voice, swallowing, and feeding disorders across all age groups. The therapist will work closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to improve communication skills and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, feeding, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on clinical evaluations.
- Conduct one-on-one speech and language therapy sessions.
- Treat children and adults with developmental, neurological, or acquired communication disorders.




- Provide therapy for speech delay, autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, hearing impairment, stuttering, aphasia, dysarthria, apraxia, and voice disorders.
- Educate parents, caregivers, and family members regarding home-based therapy activities.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, neurologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and special educators.
- Follow ethical standards, clinical protocols, and infection control guidelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
