Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge in Recruitment process and statutory compliance

Salary: Based on previous experience

Purpose of the Role

To manage end-to-end HR operations at the unit level, ensuring smooth manpower planning, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Manage sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Conduct joining formalities and documentation
- Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new hires
- Maintain manpower as per approved budgets

Payroll & Attendance Management

- Monitor attendance, shift rosters, and leave records
- Coordinate payroll inputs with central HR
- Ensure accuracy in statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, etc.)

Employee Relations

- Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues




- Support performance management processes
- Maintain positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Maintain employee files and statutory registers
- Support audits and compliance checks

Training & Development

- Coordinate training programs and skill development sessions
- Track training records and certification compliance

Key Competencies

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements
- Ability to manage high-volume frontline workforce
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
