- Design and deliver training programs on soft skills and career development.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions.
- Train participants on communication, presentation, business etiquette, and interpersonal skills.
- Facilitate sessions on leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, and time management.
- Assess training needs and customize learning modules accordingly.
- Evaluate participant performance through assessments, role plays, and feedback.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with HR, managers, or academic teams to identify skill gaps.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to improve employee or student performance.
- Stay updated with current learning methodologies and industry best practices.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
