Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting the organization's hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and issue offer letters to selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure all recruitment trackers and candidate databases are updated.
- Coordinate background verification and pre-joining documentation.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their joining date.
- Achieve hiring targets within the defined timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply, if applicable).

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment techniques and hiring processes.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in bulk hiring and lateral recruitment.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience recruiting for multiple departments and positions.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
