About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the recruitment process, employee engagement, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HR administration.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and company procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
- Collaborate with department heads to meet hiring and workforce requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Requirements





- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in HR or recruitment (Freshers with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a professional workplace.
