We Are Hiring – Technical Support Executive

What You’ll Do:

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.

Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues.

Guide customers through product features and usage.

Coordinate with the development team to resolve technical issues.

Log, track, and follow up on support tickets until resolution.

Document customer issues and maintain accurate support records.

Ensure timely issue resolution and deliver excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of software applications and computer systems.

Self-motivated, patient, and eager to learn.

Any Degree (Graduates/Postgraduates can apply).

Freshers are encouraged — training will be provided.

Tamil and English communication is mandatory.

Must know any one of the following languages: Kannada, Hindi,



or Telugu.
