Compensation

Paid onboarding (2 months): Rs 18,000 / month

Full-time after conversion: Rs 30,000 – Rs 35,000 / month (based on Performance)

What you’ll do

- Edit Reels/Shorts and long-form content

- Make Cover images for instagram reels

- Add motion graphics, sound design, and captions

- Deliver clean project files and meet deadlines

Must-haves

- 1 year+ Experience in video editing

- Robust AE/PR (or DaVinci Resolve) workflow/portfolio

- Speed, consistency, and eye for pacing





- Portfolio matching the reference style

Note: Ability to design thumbnails and graphics will be a major plus.

Work: daily videos for now it will fluctuate between 2-3 shorts or long form. If long form video (We will discuss the timeline). All shorts are not the same type. Long form except the intro part the video will be simpler than the ref mostly sound design and vfx and graphics(Depends on the requirement). 6 days a week, 9 hours and Sundays off
