We are looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Relationship Staff to join our go-karting team.
WALK IN TIME-10AM TO 7PM
Job Role:
- Welcome and assist customers
- Explain go-kart rules & safety instructions
- Manage customer queries and feedback
- Maintain clean and professional front desk area
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer/billing knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
