Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience) + performance incentives after 6 months
Responsibilities
- Purchase a minimum of 200 units of various products daily from US marketplaces and wholesalers
- Track and confirm delivery status for all orders placed
- File and manage claims with US suppliers; coordinate returns for wrongly purchased or delivered items
- Conduct daily price checks on products and report optimal purchase pricing to the Purchase Manager
- Coordinate with the India warehouse team on wrong or damaged shipments post-inbound
- Take full ownership and accountability for purchases made, with regular reporting to the Purchase Manager (Delhi WH)
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Purchase department
- Mandatory background in e-commerce or logistics
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Strong skills in team management, leadership, problem-solving, and listing management
- Proficient in Excel and basic computer skills; comfortable with basic mathematical calculations
- Prior experience working with Amazon/Flipkart large sellers is an added advantage
- Willingness to work in shifts and meet daily targets set by the Purchase Manager
- Positive communication skills and email proficiency
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
- Additional performance-based incentives on achieving monthly purchase targets (applicable after 6 months of joining)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
