We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented HCC Medical Coders to join our healthcare team. This is a remote opportunity exclusively for candidates based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze patient medical records for accurate HCC coding.
- Assign ICD-10-CM codes in compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
- Ensure accurate risk adjustment coding and documentation.
- Maintain coding quality and productivity standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to resolve coding queries.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, coding updates, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

- Experience in HCC Medical Coding.
- Robust knowledge of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines and risk adjustment coding.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while working remotely.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- CPC, CRC, CCS, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
