Job Summary

The Technical Head is responsible for leading the company's technical team, managing software development projects, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and driving technical innovation. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in up-to-date web technologies and project management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the development team, including Full Stack Developers, Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, WordPress Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps Engineers.
- Plan, assign, monitor, and review technical tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Design and oversee the architecture of web applications, software solutions, and digital platforms.
- Review code quality and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, HR, Sales, and Clients to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and team productivity.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, bugs, and performance issues.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and high availability.
- Conduct technical interviews and mentor junior developers.
- Research and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve efficiency.
- Maintain project documentation, deployment processes, and version control.
- Ensure proper testing, quality assurance,



and smooth deployment of all projects.
- Provide technical guidance during client meetings and project discussions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly technical progress reports for management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MERN Stack, PHP, Laravel, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and MySQL.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and version control systems.
- Understanding of REST APIs, cloud hosting, server management, and deployment.
- Knowledge of software architecture and database design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- 2+ years of experience managing technical teams.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working with Digital Marketing and SaaS-based projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
