Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers with queries, information requests, and support needs
- Provide accurate details about products, services, and promotional offers in a clear and qualified manner
- Engage with customers to resolve issues, ensure satisfaction, and maintain a positive service experience
- Support basic sales conversations by explaining offers and encouraging customer interest where applicable
- Maintain call quality standards, follow communication scripts, and adhere to process guidelines
- Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system
- Prior telecalling, telesales or sales experience will be an advantage

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and 2 - 6 years of experience.



The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Minimum Experience 2-6+ years
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, hospitality, or sales will be an added advantage.
- Packaging manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Experience:

- Technical support: 2 year (Preferred)
- Telesales: 2 year (Preferred)
- Total work: 2 year (Preferred)

Language:

- Hindi (Required)
