NeoDocs is a Y Combinator and Omidyar backed health-tech startup that is building the future of diagnostics, by bringing the lab to your phone. Founded by IIT Bombay alumni, NeoDocs develops instant lab test kits, with results generated on the phone within 30 seconds.

About the Role:

We are looking for a HIGHLY MOTIVATED candidate to lead our supply chain and operations. This role is a critical cog in our vision to make instant, affordable diagnostics accessible to every Indian. This is your opportunity to become a part of India’s healthcare revolution, work deeply with the healthcare ecosystem, and save lives.

The role involves leading shipping & logistics, inventory management, and QA/QC. It would require you to do frequent intra-Mumbai and occasional national/ international travel. You would be working closely with the founders.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Inventory Management - Building a system to track and manage inventory,



while accounting for lead times
- Leading end-to-end sourcing of raw materials
- Establishing and managing suppliers
- Setting up SOP for manufacturing and packaging
- Leading QA/QC for assembly and packaging
- Managing shipping and logistics (for both B2B and B2C)
- Returns management
