We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can create engaging content, grow our social media presence, and strengthen our digital brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute the monthly social media content calendar.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook posts, LinkedIn content, Stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Design creatives using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Shoot and edit product videos, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and hashtags optimized for engagement.
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create static and video creatives for Meta Ads and digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities.
- Build brand awareness through creative storytelling and engaging content.
- Engage with followers, creators, influencers, and relevant online communities.
- Research influencers and micro-creators for collaborations.
- Track social media analytics, engagement, reach, and performance metrics.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
- Work closely with the marketing and management teams to execute campaigns.

- Product Promotions & Campaign Creatives
- Festival & Trending Content

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or Brand Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, and social media algorithms.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
- Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, content writing, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent English communication and caption-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and improve content performance.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Media, or a related field.
- Experience with D2C, Healthcare, Wellness, Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, FMCG, or Consumer Brands is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO, AI tools (ChatGPT), and content marketing is an added advantage.
