Job Title: Visa Filing Executive

Job Summary
We are hiring a Visa Filing Executive to handle visa file preparation, documentation, submission, and follow-ups. The candidate should have good knowledge of visa filing processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prepare accurate and timely applications.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and file Study Visa, Spouse/Open Work Permit, Visitor Visa, and related applications
- Check client documents for accuracy, completeness, and authenticity
- Fill application forms and organize supporting documents
- Maintain checklists, trackers, case notes, and client records
- Coordinate with counselors, clients, and internal teams for pending documents
- Track application status and share timely updates
- Follow embassy/IRCC guidelines and internal quality standards
- Handle documentation-related queries professionally




- Prepare regular reports on filed cases and pending documents

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in visa filing or immigration documentation
- Graduate preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Knowledge of Study Visa and Spouse/Open Work Permit filing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple files
- Good coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred

- Experience in Canada visa filing
- Knowledge of IRCC forms, SOPs, checklists, and online submissions
- Experience maintaining trackers and documentation records
