The candidate must have excellent written and spoken communication skills. He/She will be responsible for daily business operations and must be able to lead a team. The candidate will have to meet the targets/goals set by the firm and review the performance of his team on a regular basis. He/She will be responsible for maintaining the monthly/quarterly and yearly reports and will also have to get involved in Business Development.
Knowledge of Excel is mandatory.
