Aaditus is looking for an experienced US Staffing Account Manager with proven track record.

- Cold Calling potential US Recruitment clients in USA ,Canada.
- Experience min 2 Years to 3 years into US Recruitment Sales / BD.
- Lead Generation Activity, Relationship Management.
- Good Communication, interpersonal Skills and a Team Player.
- Ability to multi-task, successfully manage multiple client assignments of different sizes/types.




- Candidate must be comfortable working for night shift.
- Must have good Social Media connections such as on LinkedIn.
- Key Accounts Management, Contractual Evaluation & Negotiation.
- Interpersonal, Leadership, Analytical Thinking Skills. Must be a good team player.
- Hands on experience in all elements of the sales process from lead generation, to con-tracts negotiations and closings.
