Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹12,000 per month + Performance Based Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through calls and online channels.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable communication solutions.
- Generate recent business opportunities and qualify leads.
- Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with prospects.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update lead information and sales activities in the CRM system.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, internet, and email.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
