Job Title: Export Service Engineer

Experience & Freshers Required

Qualification: Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and after-sales service to overseas customers.
- Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of exported machines/equipment.
- Coordinate with the export, production, and service teams for customer requirements.
- Prepare service reports, installation manuals, and technical documentation.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Travel abroad as and when required for service support and installations.
- Provide technical support, testing requirements,



and quality control assistance for export machine dispatches.
- Ensure compliance with international service standards and safety norms.
- Provide technical product training to dealer engineers and sales personnel.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel internationally.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
