Job Description

Mission:
Project management and Deployment of SAP solution integrated with MES and PLM systems.
To maintain and ensure effective utilization of all ERP systems.
Ensure timely availability of Raw Material & Consumables while minimizing inventory cost.

Objective Contribution:
End to end project management of SAP PP Module, deployment and integration along with training and support to key & end users.
Enhancing material flow to support lean manufacturing and reduce waste.

Principal Responsibilities & Authorities:
Managing SAP projects at development & deployment level, integration and upgrades.
Utilize SAP MM and PP tools to streamline and enhance material planning processes.
Management and controlling of user's access rights, scope of access, relevance of authorized access linked with their activities.
Periodic Training and qualification of Key users and End users.
Ensure consistency of reporting's and master data management.
Interaction with SOD Controllers for evolution in GRC and ensure periodic upgrade of system.
Develop and execute material requirement plans based on production schedules.
Monitor and manage safety stock, reorder levels, and lead times to prevent shortages.
Maintain optimal inventory levels that balance product availability with cost efficiency.
Adjust the MPS to align workload and capacity, proposing actions at production units to enhance flexibility and absorb temporary overloads.
Address material shortages, handle expedited orders, adapt to unexpected demand changes, and avoid overstocks.

Job Requirements

System:
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and MES at administrator level
Proficient in SAP Modules (PP & MM)
Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain processes (method, procurement, scheduling, production follow-up) and relevant tools.

Operational:
B.Tech / M.Tech with 5~10 years experience
Project management skills
Strong Interpersonal skills
Problem solving, Communication & Team working
