About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer to own the end-to-end Quality Assurance of an AI-powered web platform that is nearing production release.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in QA Automation, be capable of independently driving the QA lifecycle, creating comprehensive test strategies, automating critical business workflows, and ensuring high product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete End-to-End QA lifecycle for the application.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright (Preferred), Selenium, or Cypress.
- Perform UI, API, Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, System, and End-to-End testing.
- Validate complete business workflows including user management, registration, notifications, payments, reporting, and analytics.
- Perform API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
- Execute backend database validation using SQL.
- Perform cross-browser, cross-device, and mobile responsiveness testing.
- Identify, track, and verify defects using Jira or similar tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure quality releases.
- Participate in client walkthroughs and support QA activities during US business hours.

Mandatory Skills





- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation.
- Strong experience in End-to-End QA Testing of complex web applications.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright (Preferred), Selenium, or Cypress.
- Experience in automation using Python or JavaScript/TypeScript (Java is an added advantage).
- Strong experience in API Testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
- Positive knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
- Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, System, and End-to-End Testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in the US Time Zone.

Preferred Skills

- Experience testing AI/LLM-based applications, chatbots, or AI-powered workflows.
- Exposure to Prompt Validation, AI response verification, or AI workflow testing.
- Experience with Performance Testing (JMeter or similar tools).
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage.
