Job Description for Closing Manager:

Overseeing the entire process from assigning walk-ins to team members to closing deals and collecting payments for OCR and home loan disbursement.
- Personally attending to walk-ins and finalizing deals, with diligent follow-up procedures.
- Creating monthly and quarterly sales plans for the designated site on a consistent basis.
- Formulating sales strategies and envisioning sales targets until they are achieved.
- Ensuring follow-up on team members' revisit appointments and ensuring successful closures.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
- years of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or closing roles.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing real estate transactions.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
