Business Growth: Identify and penetrate new infrastructure project sites (Highways, Bridges,

Tunnels, Hydro Projects, etc.) to onboard new EPC clients for chemical requirements like

admixtures and curing compounds.

Porfolio Management: Pitch the entire range of Construction Chemicals—including

specialized concrete admixtures, high-strength grouts, surface treatments, and industrial flooring solutions—to ensure comprehensive supply.

Field Operations: Conduct in office meetings with project managers, purchase heads, and quality engineers to understand material requirements and perform product trials.

Travel: Maintain a strict travel regimen of 20 days/month to project sites across India.

Reporting: Track site progress and provide structured daily/weekly updates to the

management team regarding chemical consumption, trial results, and procurement

timelines.





Candidate Profile

Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2 years in the Construction Chemicals industry.

Client Base: Strong existing rapport or ability to network with EPC Contractors and technical

consultants.

Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and ready for the rigors of frequent air/rail/road

travel and active site visits.

Education: Graduate; a Technical background or B.Tech in Civil/Chemical Engineering is a

significant plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
