Assisting in System Implementations:

- The candidate should have experience in a support role, specifically in migration to RISE with SAP S/4HANA, includes providing assistance throughout the migration process and post-migration support.

Project Leadership:

- Provide guidance to junior consultants and other team members.

Interaction:

- Engage to understand their business processes, gatherrequirements, and provide expert advice on solutions.

Solution Design:

- Lead the design of solutions based on needs and industry bestpractices.Provide input on system architecture and configuration.





Quality Assurance:

- Oversee and participate in testing activities, including system testing,integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Ensure the quality and integrity of the solution.

Issue Resolution:

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to configurations orfunctionalities. Work closely with technical teams to address any system-relatedchallenges.

Optimization and Best Practices:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. Stay abreast of best practices and recommend their implementation.

Training and Mentorship:

- Provide training and mentorship to junior consultants.
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team.

Documentation and Knowledge Management:

- Ensure comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, andsolutions. Contribute to knowledge management initiatives within the organization.

Change Management:

- Assist in change management processes associated withimplementations.

Upgrades and Migrations:

- Lead or contribute to system upgrades and migrations. Ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

Integration:

- Oversee the integration of modules with other systems and applications.
- Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

Project Governance:

- Establish and enforce project governance standards. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

ABAP Development:

- Proficient in ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming), whichis SAP's programming language. Develop and customize reports, interfaces,



conversions, enhancements,and forms (RICEF objects).

Customization and Configuration:

- Customize SAP applications to meet requirements. Configure SAP modules and components based on business needs.

Data Migration:

- Establish and Develop and execute data migration strategies to transfer data fromlegacy systems to SAP.

- Ensure data quality and integrity during migration processes.

Integration:

- Work on integrating SAP modules with other applications and systems. Use tools such as SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration)for seamless data flow.

- Develop and customize user interfaces using SAP Fiori and UI5technologies.
- Ensure a user-friendly and responsive design.

Workflow Development:

- Design and implement SAP workflows to automate business processes. Customize and enhance existing workflows as needed.

Performance Tuning:

- Optimize the performance of SAP systems Identify and resolve performance issues through tuning and optimization.

Upgrade and Patch Management:

- Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and apply patches. Ensure compatibility and stability of the SAP environment.

Troubleshooting and Support:

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in SAP systems. Provide support to end-users and address technical queries.

Documentation:

- Document technical specifications, configuration changes, and customdevelopments. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and othertechnical teams. Work closely with SAP Basis consultants for system administration.

SAP HANA:

- Understand and work with SAP HANA, SAP's in-memory databaseplatform. Leverage HANA capabilities for faster data processing and analytics.
