Experience: 7–15 years in flexible packaging manufacturing or similar high-SKU, high production changeover industries (e.g., FMCG contract manufacturing, pharma packaging, cosmetics/personal care, food processing, printing & labels, plastics/injection molding with multiple product lines) — industries where production planning and scheduling across many SKUs is business-critical.

Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

- Solid hands-on knowledge of packaging machinery, line processes, and changeover management
- Experience with system-driven (ERP/MRP) production planning and execution
- Inventory and material management — RM/PM stock control, wastage reduction, min-max stock levels
- Direct client communication — production updates, escalations, quality related problems




- Experience handling client audits/inspections independently
- Ability to interpret production/quality data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements
- Working proficiency in Excel and comfort with digital/ERP dashboards
- Experience managing sizeable shopfloor manpower (100+ direct & contractual manpower)
- Strong sense of ownership and maturity in decision-making
- Structured problem-solving approach
- Strong learning attitude and openness to new systems/processes

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
