JOB OPENING – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Position: Account Executive
Industry: FMCG / Food Manufacturing
Job Location: Near Bavla, Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

- Logistics follow-up and providing regular updates to seniors.
- Coordination with the Purchase Department for procurement-related activities.
- Freight bill entry and maintenance of records in the system.
- Tracking scheduled payments and providing timely reminders to seniors.
- Verification of vendor bills with Purchase Orders (PO).
- Coordination with brokers and suppliers regarding purchase bills and documentation.
- Providing support to seniors as instructed from time to time.
- Maintaining proper documentation and records of invoices, freight bills, and payment details.




- Assisting in day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.

Required Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Purchase Processes
- Freight Bill Processing and Documentation
- MS Excel and ERP Software Knowledge
- Strong Communication and Coordination Skills
- Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
