We are hiring an experienced Lead I – SAP MDK Developer for a leading global technology and digital transformation organization. This role is ideal for professionals with robust expertise in SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK), enterprise mobile application development, and SAP backend integrations. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-grade mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise mobile applications using SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK).
- Build and configure applications using SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and SAP Web IDE.
- Develop mobile solutions that integrate seamlessly with SAP backend systems such as SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
- Design and consume OData Services for data exchange between mobile applications and backend systems.
- Create responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces while implementing business logic based on functional requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Support deployment activities, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
- Follow development best practices, coding standards,



and documentation processes.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Mobile Development Kit (SAP MDK) development.
- Strong expertise in SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and SAP Web IDE.
- Solid understanding of OData Services and SAP backend integrations.
- Experience integrating mobile applications with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise mobile application development using SAP MDK.
- Good programming knowledge in JavaScript.
- Experience working with SAP BTP Mobile Services.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in application testing, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to SAP Agentry or SAP Work Manager.
- Experience with SAP Asset Manager solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP Syclo mobile technologies.
- SAP certifications in SAP MDK, SAP BTP, or related SAP mobility technologies.
- Willingness to learn emerging SAP technologies and contribute to continuous innovation.
