We are hiring a motivated Sales Manager to drive software sales and expand our customer base. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to prospective customers through calls and virtual meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into customers.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain sales pipelines and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Meet clients for presentations and negotiations when required.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Experience selling CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms,



or technology solutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Must own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
