Mandatory Skills





Involvement with a minimum of 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM implementations.
Very good working Functional knowledge of Core HRMS, Organizational Management, Self Service HR, Compensation, Performance management, Time and Attendance, Payroll and Learning Management modules.
Working experience on configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Services business processes.
Very positive skills in configuration of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence for HCM business processes.

Desirable Skills

Technical knowledge is an added advantage.
