Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Consultant to support the Human Resources team across recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions and an opportunity to build practical experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination.

- Coordinate interviews and ensure seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.





- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and team-building initiatives.

- Provide administrative and operational support for HR projects, onboarding activities, and people processes.

Eligibility

- Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources,, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.

- Solid interest in Human Resources and talent management.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
