Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring of quality talent across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in salary negotiations.
- Roll out offer letters and coordinate pre-joining documentation.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for current hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Improve employer branding through positive candidate engagement.

Required Skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRMS.
- Experience using LinkedIn and job portals such as Naukri and Indeed is preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions is an added advantage.
