Job Summary

- Take detail patient handover**
- Assess the Assigned Patient**
- Assess the needs of the patient and give care according to priority.**
- Carry out all bedside nursing activities and document appropriately in billing chart and computer.**
- Carry out Doctors order.**
- Admission & Discharge Process**
- Maintain daily investigation chart.**
- Patient bedside medicines & double sighting of the drug chart.**
- Any delay or problem regarding patient care or procedure that should be informed to ward In charge.**
- Any adverse events occur in your ward that should be notified to ward in charge.**
- In busy environment seek help from colleagues or in charge**
- Be aware about aseptic technique & strictly follow.**
- Be aware about all procedures**
- Ward / ICU Management**
- Hand over and takes over the patient and ward equipment and supply.**
- Keep the ward neat and tidy. Follow hospital infection control policies and Hospitals**
- waste disposal policy
- Maintain safety of the ward equipment.
- Prepare and checks ward supplies.
- Assist Ward Supervisor / Sister in charge ward and officiates in her absence.
- Assists in taking inventories
- Supervise other Junior Nursing personnel working with her/him.
- Maintain records and reports assigned to her/him by the sister In-charge.

GNM/BSc Nursing
Minimum 2 Years of Experience
