Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily production operations in the Sitapura plant, ensuring output targets, quality standards and timely throughput.
- Manage production scheduling, line set-ups, raw material handling, equipment operation and maintenance.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to organic certification requirements (NPOP, USDA/NOP, EU etc.). Morarka Organic+1
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Procurement and Store departments to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Analyse production data, identify inefficiencies or wastage, and implement improvements to optimise cost, yield and productivity.
- Ensure safe working practices, training of operators and compliance with hygiene/sanitation standards specific to food processing.
- Prepare shift-wise reports, downtime log,



maintenance schedule tracking and production documentation.

Required Skills & Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Food Technology / Industrial Production) or equivalent.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or food-processing environment; prior experience with organic food production is a plus.
- Good understanding of production planning, process flows, line balancing, and basic housekeeping in food/processing industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, ability to work in shifts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about organic food production and sustainable practices.
